Dear Partners,
It is our pleasure to extend to all your students the invitation to
participate in the new edition of ECAPITAL CULTURE 2019, the start-up
school aimed mainly to the eight countries of the Adriatic-Ionian Macro
Region: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, Italy,
Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.
The initiative is inspired by the successful project called Ecapital
Business Plan Competition, which has led to the creation of 700 new jobs
in the Marche region by supporting university students to launch
business projects for the past 18 years.
Ecapital Culture is a training path oriented to the development of
innovative start-ups in the field of cultural tourism in the
Adriatic-Ionian Macro Region. This year, from May 6th to June 28th,
Ecapital Culture will back thirty young entrepreneurs' business
proposals and award them with a scholarship worth EUR 5.000,00.
Successful candidates will meet in Ancona to develop their innovative
start-ups by exploiting the knowledge of highly experienced tutors and
teachers, who will help them develop successful business plans and
capitalise on the cultural heritage of the Macro Region. Therefore, if
your students are interested in running a business in the field of
Archaeological Sites, Architecture, Events, Food, Live Performances,
Movies, Museums, Music, Publishing, Theme Parks, or Visual Arts, please

The initiative is promoted and financed by Fondazione Marche, Marche
Regional Government, Marche Polytechnic University, Chamber of Commerce
of Ancona, and City of Ancona.
